Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge
Codify. Relate. Connect. Systemize.
A body of knowledge defines what we do, why, and for whom, and what we need, to do what we do.
Every profession requires a body of knowledge that codfies, relates, connects and the elements of the system within which they live and work.
The Universal Service Management Body of Knowledge (USMBOK) is a mission critical program designed to enable and support the qualification scheme objectives. It is managed on an ongoing basis by the USMBOK Advisory Committee (USMBOK-AC).
The purpose of the program is to achieve the organizational objective by the definition, development, introduction and successful completion of specific strategies and their day to day activities.
The program has a charter providing a mandate and governance framework for Committee operations. The Committee published plans and a status report on a regularly scheduled basis. Further information on Committee activities is posted on the Committee Calendar.
If you are interested in taking part in Committee activities as a volunteer please contact us here.
