The Symposium
Lat updated December 1st 2008
The Service Management Symposium (SMS) is a multi-day event scheduled at least once every two years.
The Symposium uses the inputs gathered by the discussion forums and enhancement request system to develp tracks and subject matter for discussion. Theses are collated and prioritized by the program committees. Registrants will have prior access to all relevant information so they can prepare for active involvement during each Symposium session.
The Symposium event is designed to encourage service management academic, practitioners and other professionals from all over the world to review and defining the future needs of the service management professional, and to determine key requirements for the next iteration of the body of knowledge and its supporting service management qualification scheme.
The output of the Symposium are requirements for the next cycle of improvement for each program. The Symposium has opportunities for vendors to both participate in discussions and sponsor elements of the program.
Information on the proposed venue and topics discussed will appear here early in 2009. If you would like to be automatically notified when more information is available, first register for a complimentary guest account, and then add the Symposium event to your account email preference options.
