The Service Management Society (SM-S) operates a number of programs that support our mission and objectives. The two most important are related to the qualification scheme and body of knowledge.

These are supported by to other ongoing programs: the Symposium and Industry Research, each designed in some form to gather vital information on the needs of our professional community, and market trends.
