The Service Management Society, Inc. ("SM-S") is a non-profit corporation organized to support individuals, groups and organizations interested or engaged in furthering their careers in the Service Management profession by gaining an industry recognized qualification respectful of the role they perform for a service organization.

The website toolbar provides ready access to much more information about us, including our vision, mission and objectives, our governance, and the programs we run to achieve and sustain our objectives.

Our operations are self-funding and some of that funding comes from our Associates.  These are individuals professional swho have decided to support the cause of the Society and express that support through joining the Society as an Associate member.   More information about Associate membership is available under the 'Get Involved' option.

We also solicit funding through sponsorship and advertising programs.  These are available to individuals and organizations.  More information about these is available via the footer toolbar links.

The terms of use, privacy considerations and similar information is also available from every website page.
