Certified Sustainable Operations Professional

This is the home page for the Certified Sustainable Operations Professional (CSOP) credential.

The CSOP has the ability to utilize the core concepts of serivce management, as described in the USMBOK, within the context of sustainable operations. The CSOP is responsible for recommending and making adjustments in service management strategies to reflect organizational committments to conducting its activities in an environmentally and fiscally sound and sustainable manner. Areas of focus will include energy, water, sourcing, fleet operations and transportation, waste prevention and recycling, sustainability leadership, as well as others.
