Certified Associate in Service Management
This is the home page for the Certified Associate in Service Management (CASM) credential.
The CASM is unique in representing the client, or end customer of the services offered by a service provider organization (SPO), role within the service management industry. There may be multiple CASM representatives within an enterprise, with each having the responsibility to represent the needs of a specific customer community, line of business, or set of enterprise objectives.
