Being an Associate of the Service Management Society has many benefits including access to restricted content in a protected section of the website. It is subject to the 'Site Terms of Use' of using this website and the 'Associate Agreement'.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your purchase of an annual Associate access subscription assumes you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the terms of the above referenced agreements!!

When your annual Associate access expires, your login will be be disabled automatically until you renew.  This process is completely automated.  We also strongly suggest that you review our 'Returns and refunds' policy, as this is especially important for all subscription service purchases, such as annual Associate access.
